As a Recruiting Coordinator Intern, you will receive hands-on training and mentorship in the field of Talent Acquisition, with a focus on high-volume retail hiring across our corporate-owned outposts. This is a learning-focused opportunity designed to help you build foundational skills in recruiting, HR systems, candidate experience, and cross-functional communication.. Interview Coordination: Learn how to coordinate candidate interviews with General Managers and Area Managers. . HR Systems & Workflow Support: Get trained in Workday ATS to manage candidate pipelines and requisitions. . Candidate Experience & Communication: Discover how to be the main point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process. . Qualifications. Must be an Active-duty service member eligible for the DOD SkillBridge Program within 180 days of separation. . Pre-approval from Chain of Command to participate in internship lasting at least 120 days. . Strong attention to detail and time management skills. . Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. . Familiarity with recruiting or administrative functions is a plus. . Experience with Workday or other ATS platforms is a bonus. . Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. . Passion for BRCC’s mission and supporting Veterans, Military, and First Responder communities. . Requirements. Ability to uphold the stress of traveling. . Regular, predictable attendance is required; including quarter-driven hours as business demands dictate. . Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone, and printers, light traffic). . Ability to work in a confined area. .
