The Senior Inventory Analyst plays a key role in supporting inventory management operations across the uBreakiFix network of retail stores and affiliated warehouses. This position focuses on executing a variety of operational tasks that drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction.. Leverage a deep understanding of both corporate and franchise store models to support the overall needs of Distro and its customers. . Deliver solutions that will help strengthen the supply chain. . Contribute to the development, implementation, and oversight of new processes and policies. . Capture, organize, and interpret data to generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations. . Essential Duties and Responsibilities:. Become a subject matter expert on franchise and corporate store operations and the downstream supply chain implications of those approaches. . Drive competitive analysis to ensure best quality, pricing, and availability. . Mitigate inventory risk and fraud through appropriate existing controls. . Assist with managing 3rd party vendors such as MobileSentrix. . Collaborate with warehouse and supply chain teams to identify inefficiencies in inventory processes. . Participate in projects to implement best practices in inventory management and system improvements. . Help drive initiatives to streamline processes, reduce excess inventory, and improve overall warehouse productivity. . On-going review of product pricing and availability to support Distro participation. . Assist with other supply chain initiatives as assigned. . Qualifications. Bachelor’s Degree preferred; equivalent experience accepted. . 3-5 years of experience with Inventory Operations, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management. . Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint. . Natural curiosity with a passion for problem solving and delivering results. . Excellent communication skills. . Collaborative personality balanced with an uncompromising drive to deliver for our customers. . Working knowledge of Portal, Service Bench and/or DAX. . Requirements. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and attention to detail. . Good organizational and analytical skills, including deep knowledge of Excel. .
