Lead a portfolio of work aligned to key business units, prioritizing initiatives that enhance customer experience through data-driven communications. . Consult with stakeholders to understand business goals and translate them into clear, actionable data and audience requirements. . Design and deliver data that powers personalized customer communications across channels (email, text, digital, direct mail). . Streamline and standardize how audience data flows across systems to improve efficiency and impact. . Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, analytics, and technology teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment. . Champion customer-centricity, ensuring all audience data solutions are designed with the customer in mind. . Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing enhancements to data tools, processes, and governance. . Qualifications. A strategic mindset with the ability to connect data capabilities to business outcomes. . Strong interpersonal and communication skills—you can influence and gain alignment across teams. . Experience gathering and translating business requirements into technical solutions. . Comfort working in ambiguity and adapting to evolving priorities. . A passion for learning and a drive for continuous improvement. . Requirements. Typically 5 or more years experience in data warehousing, statistical analysis, and marketing/customer data models and queries. . Detailed experience with problem solving in a business environment; working with large customer and/or prospect databases; working with product, geographic, demographic data to identify trends and opportunities. . Expert knowledge in the theory and application of computer-based analytical tools. . Advanced knowledge of PC-based spreadsheet, business intelligence, and database warehousing applications. .
