The Sr. Director of Enterprise Architecture is a strategic leadership role responsible for defining and driving the enterprise-wide architecture vision, ensuring alignment between business goals and technology strategy.. Lead the development and evolution of enterprise architecture strategy and roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals.. Drive alignment between business capabilities and IT solutions across all domains (application, data, infrastructure, and security).. Oversee architecture governance processes to ensure compliance, consistency, and quality across initiatives.. Mentor and develop a high-performing team of enterprise and solution architects.. Evaluate emerging technologies and trends to inform strategic planning and innovation.. Act as a thought leader and change agent to promote architectural best practices and digital transformation.. Partner closely with business and IT leaders to ensure enterprise architecture enables agility and operational efficiency.. Design and implement scalable, secure, and sustainable technology solutions that address complex business challenges.. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and senior business leaders.. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by regularly assessing and refining architectural practices, tools, and methodologies.. Qualifications. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field.. MBA or Master’s degree in Technology Management or Business Administration preferred.. TOGAF, Zachman, or other enterprise architecture certifications are a plus.. 15+ years of progressive experience in enterprise architecture, technology strategy, or IT leadership roles within large, complex global organizations.. Deep expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks, digital transformation, and cloud-native architectures.. Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional architecture initiatives across application, data, infrastructure, and security domains.. Proven ability to influence and collaborate with C-level executives and senior business stakeholders.. 10+ years of prior management experience, including building and leading high-performing architecture teams.. Experience in the footwear, apparel, or consumer products industry is a plus but not required.. Strategic thinking with the ability to translate business goals into technology roadmaps.. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.. Deep knowledge of modern technology stacks, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), and integration patterns.. Proficiency in architecture modeling tools and methodologies.. Ability to drive innovation and manage change in a fast-paced environment..
