Role Description. As a Solutions Marketing Manager at Resmed, you will play a key role in shaping the future of healthcare in sleep, respiratory, and digital health. With a deep understanding of our customer and industry needs, you’ll execute GTM and lifecycle campaign strategies for our digital portfolio, drive content messaging, and help deliver sales enablement programs.. Acquire deep knowledge of our customers' challenges, industry, and use cases, and communicate the benefits and value proposition clearly and compellingly to target audiences. . Adapt and translate global GTM strategies for North American markets, tailoring for market and sales channel dynamics while considering unique customer segmentation approaches. . Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our device ecosystem of products and services. . Lead the creation of compelling NPI marketing activities in collaboration with ABM, Integrated and Consumer Marketing teams. . Support the sales enablement strategy and execution, ensuring launch readiness and success. . Establish key performance indicators for our digital portfolio and relentlessly measure against performance and success, adjusting marketing strategy as necessary. . Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Sales teams to create compelling content, marketing resources, and promotional campaigns. . Manage the marketing budget for our digital portfolio and ensure effective allocation of resources for maximum ROI. . Stay up to date with the latest trends in digital healthcare and digital marketing best practices. . Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation. . Qualifications. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. . 5+ years of experience in Marketing, preferably in the healthcare or digital health industry. . Proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing campaigns. . Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, HubSpot, social media ad platforms, etc.). . Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely. . Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. . Experience in healthcare or digital health marketing is highly preferred. .
