Recruitment Specialist at BruntWork. Location Information: USA. This is a remote position.. . Schedule:.  Monday through Friday 8:30 to 5:30 CST. Including 1 hour of unpaid break. 40 hours per week. . . . JOB.  . SUMMARY:. This role is responsible for helping to identify, attract, and hire top talent across our property portfolio, including leasing professionals, maintenance technicians, community managers, and corporate support staff.. You will play a critical role in supporting our rapid growth while ensuring we maintain the high-quality service standards our residents expect..  . ESSENTIAL.  . JOB.  . FUNCTIONS:. Sourcing & Candidate Identification . Utilize multiple sourcing channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals. Conduct proactive candidate searches using Indeed, LinkedIn, Boolean search techniques, and other sourcing tools. Applicant Tracking System Management . Create and manage job postings within the ATS, ensuring accurate job descriptions and requirements. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information throughout the recruitment process. Process offer letter approvals through appropriate channels and obtain necessary sign-offs. Generate, customize, and send offer letters to selected candidates. Track offer acceptance rates and manage counter offers when necessary. Ensure all documentation and communication is properly recorded in the system . Screening & Assessment . Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate fit. Coordinate and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Conduct reference checks and background verification processes. Candidate Experience & Relationship Management . Provide exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Maintain regular communication with candidates regarding application status. Guide candidates through the interview process and provide feedback. Build long-term relationships with passive candidates for future opportunities. Manage candidate expectations and negotiate offers when necessary.  . SKILLS.  . AND.  . ABILITIES:. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency in social media recruiting and professional networking platforms. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality. Customer service orientation with focus on candidate experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Preferably Paycor Recruiting). Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and other sourcing tools. Familiarity with video interviewing platforms. EDUCATION.  . & EXPERIENCE:. 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
