You need to know about every glitch and trick of the app to effectively spot new issues and work together with other members of the team to fix them.. You don't shy away from manual testing. Automated tests are great, and you will need to build automated test suites, but in order to make sure our user experience stays top-notch, manual testing is the most important part to ensure that..
