You might currently be a Project Manager, Operations Lead, Project Coordinator, or simply a systems-obsessed multitasker who thrives in remote, cross-functional teams. Youre fluent in Notion, automations, and Excel-like logic and you dream in dashboards. If youre based in Serbia or anywhere in the Balkans, even better.. You are solution focused and you can architect and improve your own systems and processes.. Top 5 Objectives. Design, implement, and maintain organized systems in Notion, this includes dashboards, SOP libraries, team boards, and documentation that support all departments.. Develop and Integrate Automations: Identify inefficiencies and create automations (e.g., through Notion, Make, Zapier, Google Workspace) to streamline recurring tasks, minimize manual work, and boost productivity.. Form Creation and Data Routing: Build intake forms, reporting templates, and internal request systems that route data directly into Notion for easy tracking, logging, and follow-up.. Ensure System Accuracy and Overview: Take ownership of system maintenance, ensuring all processes, databases, schedules, and reporting tools are always up-to-date and provide management with a clear and real-time operational overview.. Cross-Departmental Coordination: Work closely with department heads to understand operational needs and implement scalable systems that help each team function more effectively..
