The Project Manager is primarily responsible for managing a mid-sized portfolio ($1.5M) or smaller budgets across more than 1 brand of projects throughout their lifecycles by leading budget/hour allocation, timeline construction, resource allocation, and ensuring that each project phase is completed on time and within budget..  . The Project Manager monitors capacity levels of Creative team members and collaborates with Creative Managers and other Project Managers to assign them work. This role is also responsible for recording, organizing, and sharing all information on their assigned projects..  . Responsibilities. :.  . Partner with Account and Creative to develop scopes of work based on functional and business capabilities. Develop and own project timelines. Estimate project spending and ensuring that projects stay in-budget. Proactively recognize potential hurdles/roadblocks on project routing, and recommend solutions to Senior Project Managers. Collaborate with Creative Managers and other Project managers to allocate resources across Creative to accomplish objectives as projects progress through phases. Leads the internal process and workflow for assigned brands; . analyzes processes and makes recommendations based on key metrics for optimizing resources, improving efficiency, and client delivery. Leads project st. at. us meetings, ensuring efficient use of time and that the entire team is clear on outcomes, next steps, and responsibilities. In addition to status meetings, communicates status of projects to the team(s) on a regular basis as changes occur rapidly throughout the week. Ensuring that changes in resource and/or project requirements are communicated to all members of the project team, and that changes are understood by all team members. Own and maintain project management tools.  . Qualifications:.  . Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing, Management, or Business Administration is preferred) or related experience. Experience within a pharmaceutical and/or healthcare environment required. Have experience that demonstrates an ability to manage concurrent projects of varying size and complexity, in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment. 2-4 years of project management and related operational experience, managing projects through the full life cycle. Proficiency with Office 365 and project management tools such as Trello, Smartsheet and Harvest, and an understanding of Adobe Suite. Ability to analyze information/data and key performance metrics. Attention to detail . and ability to record all information about projects. Strong written and oral communication skills, as you will partner with a wide range of team members across various departments, and will have client interaction. Contributes to a culture of exceptional client service, delivery efficiency and distinction. Excellent organizational skills, and ability to quickly re-prioritize work as unpredictable changes occur in project phases. Initiative.
