Ventrata is looking for a Senior Ruby on Rails Developer to join our dynamic team of talented developers who are revolutionizing how tours and tickets are sold worldwide. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a small team within a larger engineering organization at a rapidly growing company.. While we support a distributed/remote work environment, we also have shared office spaces available in Brno and Lisbon. Candidates based in these locations — or anywhere across Europe — are encouraged to apply.. What will be your main responsibilities?. . Optimization and refactoring of our ‘Dashboard’.. . Integration of new payment processing methods.. . Developing new features defined within the product roadmap.. . Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Ruby code.. . Manage our database and external services.. . Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic.. . Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems.. . Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.. . Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices. . Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and performance issues.. .
