
Project Manager at Zurigroup. Location Information: USA. Overview: The Project Manager serves as the central point of contact and management for client projects and internal initiatives. To succeed in this role, they must be able to blend technical competence with the ability to effectively manage multiple concurrent projects, or one larger project, under the general supervision of the Project Manager. Our client projects focus on the effective use of fundraising technology. This includes software implementation and upgrade, system customization, integration, website build and optimization. These projects move quickly and require technical system knowledge to effectively understand and control the project scope, gauge appropriate level of effort, manage risks, and plan adequate quality assurance. This includes coordinating Zuri project resources (consultants, business analysts, developers, etc.) and the client team to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to meet client expectations.. Job responsibilities often include elements outside of a typical project management role, and can extend into functional or technical consulting, business analysis, best practice use of fundraising technology, and QA. Demonstrate a firm grasp of PM principles and follow Zuri Group's PMO standards to manage the scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, and customer satisfaction of multiple concurrent projects of varying size. Project portfolio includes at least one large project with $1 million+ budget and/or 12-18 months implementation timeline.. Work collaboratively with the client and project team to define and oversee deliverables, breaking down work into assignments housed within a centralized task management system. . Create complex project deliverables such as Project Charters, risk registers, visual workflows and dashboards, and multi-faceted project plans in an independent/autonomous environment.. Forecast project hours and resources.. Deliver accurate monthly budget reports that reflect project financial status.. Plan, organize and arrange onsite client meetings, product launches and support efforts.. Organize, plan and manage project resources, both Zuri Group and client teams. . Proactively identify risks to projects and propose changes to meet success criteria & escalate where appropriate to client and/or Zuri leadership. . Conduct project meetings, providing agendas and regular reports to communicate the status of projects to stakeholders within and beyond the project team.. Communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and staff effectively and accurately through all levels of the agency.. Strong knowledge of Project Management principles and concepts, with proven ability to manage all aspects and deliverables of the project life cycle.. Proficiency with task-management systems and Project Management tools or software.. Experience with technology project management required.. Highly analytical, technically proficient, and able to learn new tools and software quickly.. Superior written and verbal communication skills.. Advanced presentation, influencing, and relationship management skills.. Organized with the ability to manage complex workflows.. Adaptable to work in a fluid, fast-paced environment juggling multiple projects, tasks, priorities, and stakeholders..
