Click on 'Apply' button to find out more.. Role Description. We are looking for an experienced Solutions Engineer with a proven track record of success to join our team at Zoom. You will be pivotal in driving customer success by architecting, designing, and demonstrating tailored solutions that address our customer's unique challenges and business objectives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Customer Success.. Leading strategic sales engagements, providing expert-level technical support to clients and internal teams. . Maintaining and building strong relationships with the customers and channel ecosystem. . Enabling our partners in the new way of selling, implementing, and managing the Zoom UCaaS and/or CCaaS platform. . Acting as a subject matter expert on UCaaS and CCaaS technology, industry trends, and competitive landscape. . Collaborating with the Global architecture and CSE teams to drive product enhancements and innovation. . Contributing to sales strategy, marketing initiatives, product development, and processes based on customer feedback and market insights. . Qualifications. Have experience in technical customer-facing roles in a UCaaS / CCaaS environment. . Be highly proficient in all areas related to our products and represent the technical aspects of how we solve customer problems. . Have good Pre-Sales or Solution Engineer experience in supporting either Unified Communications or Contact Center solutions. . Have experience working within the channel landscape. . Have experience with API integrations and software development. . Have knowledge of networking protocols and security best practices. . Have familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). .
