Managing financial reconciliations for 16+ laundromat locations. Supporting a rapidly expanding M&A-focused business model. Working within tight deadlines for investor reporting (August 1st target). Potential for growth within expanding accounting department. Direct collaboration with Controller/CFO during company scaling phase. . Responsibilities:. Perform bank account reconciliations across multiple business locations. Execute credit card reconciliations for various company accounts. Handle account coding and transaction categorization. Reconcile Ramp billing system accounts and transactions. Support month-end and period-end closing processes. Maintain accurate financial records across approximately 50+ accounts. Assist with investor reporting preparation and deadline management. . . Requirements. Strong experience with Sage Intacct. Atl east 3+ years of accounting experience. Proven experience in bank and credit card reconciliations. Knowledge of Ramp billing system preferred but not required. Entry to mid-level accounting experience. Ability to work independently and manage multiple account reconciliations. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record keeping.
