As a Bilingual Legal Intake Representative, you’ll offer calm, compassionate support while gathering essential information that helps our legal team take swift, informed action. You’ll play a key part in making people feel heard and cared for.. Monthly Compensation: 1150 USD to 1220 USD. Answer incoming calls from potential personal injury clients during the weekend. Provide empathetic, professional, and clear communication at all times. Collect and document key intake details:. Full name, phone number, email address. Type and date of accident (e.g., car, slip & fall). Type of injuries. State where the accident occurred (Florida or Georgia). Escalate emergency situations (e.g., hospitalization or imminent surgery) to the supervising attorney immediately. Forward intake details via email for next-day follow-up. Communicate via email using the supervising attorney’s account (initially). Maintain professionalism and compassion when handling sensitive or emotional inquiries. Qualifications. 2-3 years of professional experience in an Intake Coordinator role. Proven experience in legal intake, call center, or client service roles. Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written). Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills. Ability to follow a clear intake script and document responses accurately. Familiarity with personal injury law is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence. Your own PC or laptop, a headset, and a reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload). A quiet, private workspace suitable for remote work. Requirements.
