The Accounting Manager will collaborate closely with leadership to drive informed decision-making, manage cash flow, and uphold strong internal controls.. The ideal candidate is a hands-on professional with a deep understanding of GAAP, exceptional analytical skills, and experience working in service-based or multi-entity businesses. They will be responsible for monthly financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and vendor management, as well as implementing best practices to optimize processes.. Experience:. . . Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in multi-entity or service-based businesses . . Experience in veterinary, healthcare, or startup environments is a plus . . . . Technical Skills:. . . Proficiency with QuickBooks Online and accounting workflows . . Experience with Gusto, Bill.com, and other cloud-based accounting tools strongly preferred . . Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills . .
