They are looking to fully develop the brand identity for this project, and we are seeking a talented . Branding Designer. to lead the creative direction and execution of the brand.. Key Responsibilities. . Develop a complete brand identity for a new real estate project, including logo, typography, color palette, and visual style. . . Create branding guidelines and ensure consistent visual application across all materials. . . Design brand assets for presentations, signage, renderings, printed materials, and digital content. . . Collaborate with internal teams and directly with the client to ensure the brand aligns with the project’s vision and target audience. . . Present concepts and iterate based on feedback from stakeholders. . . Deliver high-quality, production-ready files and documentation.. . Requirements. Proven experience in branding design, ideally with real estate or architectural projects. . Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity development and visual storytelling. . Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop). . Excellent communication and presentation skills in english language .
