YOUR MISSION:.  . ✅ Hire 100+ call center agents PER WEEK. ✅ Bring in at least 5 qualified SHARKS every day. ✅ Find cold callers who bleed on the phone & close like killers. ✅ Build a LATAM pipeline of elite Roofing & Solar sales talent. ✅ Own sourcing, screening, and delivery from start to finish. ✅ Use every tool in the book — job boards, referrals, social media. ✅ Work closely with onboarding to get agents READY on Day 1. ✅ Track performance, optimize, and NEVER miss a number.  .  .  REQUIREMENTS:.  . Proven experience in high-volume recruiting (BPO, call center, or sales). Fluent English (Spanish is a BIG plus). Fast, independent, and allergic to excuses.
