We are seeking a Lead Quality Assurance Engineer to establish and drive our testing strategy across our low-code financial services platform. This role requires an experienced QA leader who can build a robust testing framework from the ground up, implement comprehensive automated testing solutions, and build a high-performing QA team.. Key Responsibilities. Architect and implement a comprehensive testing strategy encompassing unit, integration, and end-to-end testing. Design and maintain automated test frameworks using TypeScript and modern testing tools. Establish testing standards, best practices, and documentation for the engineering organization. Build and lead a QA team, including hiring, mentoring, and professional development. Collaborate with development teams to integrate testing into the development lifecycle. Implement test automation for our low-code platform, ensuring quality across configurable components. Design and maintain continuous integration pipelines for automated testing. Create and maintain testing environments that mirror production scenarios. Develop metrics and reporting systems to track testing coverage and effectiveness. Work closely with product and development teams to understand requirements and ensure quality standards. Essential Qualifications. 6+ years of experience in QA automation with TypeScript. Extensive experience designing and implementing end-to-end testing frameworks. Strong background in integration testing methodologies. Leadership experience in building and managing QA teams. Deep understanding of testing principles and methodologies. Experience with test automation frameworks such as:. Cypress. Playwright. Jest. Testing Library.
