Channel Marketing Assistant. to join our Americas Channel Marketing team. This role will support the execution of high-impact onsite events and manage Salesforce processes related to lead tracking and campaign operations. You’ll play a key role in the backend of our marketing efforts, ensuring event logistics run smoothly, leads are properly processed, and data stays clean and actionable.. . What You Will Do…. Event Logistics & Execution. Handle logistics for onsite events, including trade shows, partner trainings, and our annual Partner Day. Coordinate venue booking, shipping, signage, swag, vendor management, setup, and teardown. Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and vendors for event preparation and execution. Own post-trade show lead uploads, Salesforce funnel tracking, and reporting. . Salesforce & Lead Management. Enter and assign leads from onsite events into Salesforce. Maintain clean and accurate event and partner data. Set up lead flows, dashboards, and campaign tracking for visibility and reporting. Build and manage nurturing funnels for pre- and post-event follow-ups. Track performance metrics and coordinate lead handoff with sales and external partners. . Campaign & Partner Support. Draft and send event-related emails to partners and potential end users (invitations, logistics, reminders, and follow-ups). Coordinate partner event registrations and handle post-event surveys and recaps. Collaboration with internal teams, web team requests for landing pages, forms, and other technical builds for events and campaigns. Track creative timelines and ensure alignment on branding and messaging with the marketing team. Issue training certificates to partners. . What You Will Bring…. 2+ years of experience in event coordination, marketing support, or operations. Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, including comfort with lead entry, dashboards, and data management. Strong project coordination and organizational skills. High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Proficiency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) to support communications. Effective collaboration skills and the ability to manage timelines while working with cross-functional teams and external partners.. Willingness to travel for on-site events when needed . Experience with lead generation activities. Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pardot, HubSpot). A strong curiosity and passion for continuous learning and improvement. .
