Inbound Partnership Vetting & Management. • Serve as the primary point of contact for all inbound partnership, sponsorship, and collaboration requests.. • Evaluate each opportunity for brand fit, audience alignment, potential ROI, capital requirements, human resource allocation, timing, and initial deal structure.. • Prepare recommendations for leadership approval, including cost-benefit analysis and expected deliverables.. • Manage ongoing communication with potential partners, from initial inquiry through contract execution and partnership launch.. 2. Strategic Partnership Development & Outreach. • Build a pipeline of targeted partnership opportunities across relevant industries, brands, and influencers that align with ALP’s mission and target audience.. • Develop and execute an outreach strategy to secure high-value collaborations.. • Negotiate partnership terms, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.. • Maintain a database of partnership prospects, including contact information, meeting notes, and opportunity status.. • Manage all partnerships from beginning to end, ensuring successful collaborations and reporting on partnership KPIs, results, and consumer insights.. 3. Program Oversight – Ambassadors, Affiliates, and Loyalty. • Manage the day-to-day operations of ALP’s brand ambassador, affiliate, and loyalty programs.. • Recruit, onboard, and nurture relationships with ambassadors and affiliates to ensure active engagement and program growth.. • Develop incentive structures, content toolkits, and campaign calendars to maximize program participation.. • Monitor program performance, track KPIs, and provide reports with actionable recommendations for growth.. • Ensure all participants remain compliant with brand guidelines and legal requirements.. • Oversee deliverables from partners and program participants, ensuring timely execution and brand compliance.. 4.
