Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews. . Coach team members on Agile best practices and principles to enhance team performance. . Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog. . Identify and remove obstacles that hinder the team's progress. . Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. . Ensure compliance with federal regulations and standards. . Develop metrics and reports utilizing Gitlab . Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team..  . Requirements. Minimum Qualifications.  . Education:.  . Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology or related field . Experience:.  . At least five (5) years’ of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment . Proficiency with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) . Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) . Required Certifications.  . Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification. Security Clearance Requirement.  . Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust. Preferred Qualifications.  .
