Senior Specialist Talent Systems at The Hershey Company. Location Information: India. Location: Remote, India. Position Title: Senior Specialist Talent Systems. ROLE OVERVIEW. Proficient and detail-oriented HCM Sr. Support Specialist with expertise in SuccessFactor modules, including but not limited to Employee Central, Recruiting & Onboarding. This team member will play a pivotal role in configuring, optimizing, and managing our SuccessFactors HCM system to enhance talent acquisition, employee management & onboarding processes.. ACCOUNTABILITIES. System Implementation, Configuration and Enhancement. Integration and Data Migration. Reporting and Analytics. Compliance and Security. HR Project Delivery. Other Applicable Scope Defining Dimensions. Subject matter expert in all things SuccessFactors including but not limited to Employee Central, RCM and ONB. Provide guidance to the COE as part of system release reviews and continuous system/process improvement.. Oversee the design, configuration, testing, and implementation of HR systems and upgrades.. Analyze HR business requirements and recommend solutions to ensure systems meet organizational needs.. Collaborate with external vendors and internal IT teams to ensure seamless integration and performance of HR systems.. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities. Proven experience in configuring and optimizing various SuccessFactors modules, Eightfold, OrgVue and Qualtrics.. Strong proficiency in SuccessFactors reporting tools and analytics, including Integration Center.. In-depth knowledge of HR processes, platforms and employee data management.. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into system configurations and reports.. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.. SuccessFactors certification/accreditation is highly desirable.. Excellent MS Excel skills preferred. Experience & Education. B.S. Degree in HR, Business, or equivalent experience.. 5+ years experience with HR technology platforms, systems, analytics and processes
