As an Educational Sales Consultant, you will be a front-line ambassador helping school and district leaders discover how our evidence-based products—like i-Ready, Magnetic Reading, and i-Ready Classroom Mathematics—can drive equitable outcomes for all learners.. Develop and maintain strategic relationships with district and school leaders in your assigned territory. . Actively manage and grow a pipeline of sales opportunities across multiple K–12 product lines. . Conduct in-person and virtual product presentations, demos, and needs analyses tailored to customer goals. . Collaborate with internal teams (Professional Learning, Marketing, Customer Service) to ensure smooth implementation and continued client satisfaction. . Represent Curriculum Associates at conferences, trade shows, and regional education events. . Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce and other sales tools. . Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. . Qualifications. 3+ years of successful sales or account management experience, preferably in education, EdTech, or curriculum publishing. . Deep knowledge of K–12 school systems, funding cycles, and instructional priorities. . Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. . Ability to work independently in a remote, field-based role with frequent travel (50%+). . Proficient in using Salesforce, Zoom, and Microsoft Office. . Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in education or related field preferred. . Requirements. Experience in selling core curriculum. . Experience selling to large districts or state-level stakeholders. . Travel: >80%, both driving and flying; some overnight travel required. . Working Environment: Must be able to lift 50 lbs; Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, standing at conferences and events, or driving. . Benefits.
