We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst (Agile/Scrum) to join our Global IT Delivery Team. In this role, you will act as a vital link between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping scope, define, and deliver impactful digital solutions—ranging from application deployments to AI/ML initiatives—in a fast-paced manufacturing and supply chain environment.. Key Responsibilities:. Agile Practice & Team Collaboration:. Work in a continuous delivery mode with iterative feature delivery.. Apply Agile and Lean principles to ensure efficient and effective project execution.. Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Developers, and other BAs.. Requirements Elicitation & User Story Management:. Define detailed project scopes alongside key stakeholders.. Create, refine, and maintain user stories, process flows, test cases, and functional/non-functional backlog items.. Collaborate with the Product Owner to set priorities and define acceptance criteria.. Support testing and validation of developed solutions with stakeholders.. Documentation & Process Improvement:. Produce clear and comprehensive documentation including process models and functional specs.. Identify and drive process improvements aligned with business goals.. Qualifications. Must-Have:. 3–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst on IT or digital projects. Strong experience in requirements analysis, user stories, and documentation. Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Excellent communication and collaboration skills (English – fluent). Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Visio. Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field. Good-to-Have:. Experience in supply chain or logistics projects. Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Oracle EBS R12 (Inventory, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, etc.). Understanding of EDI and integrations with WMS/TMS/Planning tools. Experience with PL/SQL and Oracle database structures. Exposure to platforms like BlueYonder (JDA), BluJay, SAP. Additional Information
