Bilingual Administrative Assistant at Workstaff360. Location Information: USA. Manage and organize emails, reports, and general office communications.. Use contractor/project management software to handle:. Dispatching jobs and technicians. Invoicing and billing. Tracking work orders and project updates. Create, update, and maintain reports and documentation for management.. Handle inbound and outbound calls (in English & Spanish) with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.. Assist with scheduling, follow-ups, and calendar management.. Support internal administrative tasks to allow field teams to focus on operations.. Ensure accurate record-keeping and timely communication across teams.. Hard Requirements:. Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).. 2+ years of experience in administrative support, virtual assistance, or office management.. Familiarity with contractor software, CRM, or invoicing systems (training provided if needed).. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.. Excellent communication and active listening abilities.. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently with minimal supervision.. Tech-proficient (Google Workspace, MS Office, project/dispatch software).. Professional, dependable, and client-service oriented.. Schedule:. 25 hours per week. Monday to Friday. 9AM–2PM US Pacific Standard Time. Offer and Benefits:. $5-$7USD/hour. HMO coverage after 1 year of employment.
