Building up and contributing to Knowledge Base. Qualifications. IT operational support experience. Deep technical knowledge in the technical domain of Operation systems (Windows, Linux), Virtualization (VMware, Nutanix), Storage. Knowledge of IT infrastructure. Good English skills(written and spoken). Ability to work in a team. Stress-resistance. Willingness to learn. NICE TO HAVE:. ITSM knowledge (ITIL certification would be an advantage).
