We’re looking for a Legal Assistant who thrives in a structured environment and enjoys supporting attorneys in meaningful, detail-oriented work. In this role, you’ll help draft estate planning documents, manage client communications, and keep legal files organized and up to date. You’ll play a key part in ensuring clients feel informed and supported throughout the process.. Monthly Compensation: $1,150 to $1,220 US. Draft and prepare estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related legal forms. Assist attorneys in managing and organizing client files and documentation. Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates. Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments for attorneys. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Qualifications. Strong attention to detail. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with legal research tools. Clear and professional written and verbal communication. Independent and proactive.
