Currently, we are looking for a Senior New Product Development (NPD) Project Manager who will oversee and manage the operational aspects of medium-scale projects from initiation through implementation.. Coordinate cross-functional teams and act as a key liaison between project management, planning, project teams, and line management to ensure flawless project execution. . Develop and maintain accurate project planning documentation for assigned projects, including timelines and resource allocation. . Ensure projects are executed on time, within scope, and in alignment with organizational objectives. . Track project progress, identify risks, and manage dependencies while providing transparent reporting to stakeholders in line with project governance. . Communicate effectively across teams and global leadership, ensuring alignment and timely resolution of issues. . Perform other project-related duties as required. . Support process improvement initiatives and contribute in non-project-related activities as needed. . Qualifications. Completed technical degree or comparable education. . 5+ years of professional experience in project management. . Strong knowledge of PMO practices, tools, and methodologies. . Experience in global manufacturing environments preferred. . Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, etc.). . Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills. . Strong communication and proven ability to build interpersonal abilities with a collaborative mindset. . Strong resilience in ambiguous and fast-paced environments. .
