Conduct outbound outreach to prospective clients in markets such as New York and Chicago . . Engage in consultative conversations with senior executives and handle objections confidently . . Build and manage a sales pipeline with a focus on long-term relationship development . . Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs. . Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress using CRM tools. . Participate in ongoing training and development sessions. . Work Schedule . Monday - Friday 9AM - 7PM EST. Requirements. . Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience . . Background in financial services, recruitment, or similar industries is preferred . . Strong communication skills with a neutral or minimal accent . . Proven ability to handle rejection and maintain resilience in high-pressure environments . . Comfortable speaking with C-level executives and navigating complex sales cycles . .
