Role Description. This role involves leading and growing sales efforts within a designated region as a Regional Director of Sales.. Guide, mentor, and support a team of 10+ Business Development Representatives to exceed sales targets and drive regional growth. . Identify strategic opportunities for new business and expansion within existing accounts, ensuring strong service margins and client satisfaction. . Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training new sales talent, fostering a high-performing, motivated sales team. . Lead your team in executing MultiPro’s go-to-market sales strategy for services, including make-ready, repair & maintenance, and property improvement projects. . Utilize Salesforce CRM to track and manage team activity, ensuring all sales efforts align with company objectives. . Build and nurture relationships with executive-level clients, ensuring long-term partnerships and driving contract renewals and upsell opportunities. . Work closely with operations to ensure smooth onboarding and execution of new business, maintaining high client satisfaction. . Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitive landscape, and industry challenges, adapting strategies to ensure continuous growth. . Provide leadership with data-driven performance insights, forecasting sales outcomes, and driving strategic decisions. . Represent MultiPro at industry events, including NAA, CAA, and local trade shows, to build brand presence and foster partnerships. . Qualifications. Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role, coaching and motivating a sales team to exceed targets. . 10+ years in B2B outside sales, with significant experience in the services or multifamily housing industry preferred. . A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales objectives, including experience selling business-to-business services. . Experience managing a sales pipeline with Salesforce CRM, driving team activity and results. . Strong relationship-building skills with C-level executives and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of client organizations. . Ability to use performance data to drive decisions and continuously improve sales strategies. . Demonstrated expertise in contract negotiation and driving win-win outcomes for both the company and clients. . Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce CRM; ability to quickly learn new software platforms. . Bachelor’s degree preferred. . Valid driver’s license required for travel within the designated region. . Benefits.
