As a Software Project Manager, you’ll own projects end-to-end — from planning and execution to delivery — ensuring teams stay aligned and projects move forward smoothly. You’ll be the go-to person for keeping scope, timelines, and stakeholders in sync. . Your responsibilities will include:.  . Managing multiple software development projects from initiation through successful delivery. . Creating and maintaining detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation. . Coordinating communication between engineering, product, design, QA, and other stakeholders. . Proactively identifying and mitigating project risks, dependencies, and blockers. . Running agile ceremonies: sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, backlog grooming. . Tracking and reporting project progress, KPIs, and milestones to leadership and stakeholders. . Driving collaboration across distributed teams spanning multiple time zones. . Championing best practices in software development and agile project management. .  . Who You Are.  . You’re a confident, detail-oriented project manager who thrives in technical environments. You can translate between technical and non-technical teams, keep everyone aligned, and deliver on time — even in complex, fast-paced environments. . You bring:.  . 4+ years of experience managing . technical software projects. in agile environments. . Strong knowledge of . Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.). . Proven ability to . lead distributed, fully remote teams. and coordinate across time zones. . Exceptional communication, organizational, and influencing skills. . Technical literacy and the ability to collaborate closely with engineering teams. .
