Role Description. This role involves leading a team responsible for transforming and integrating development and operations processes.. Leads and manages the DevOps team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities. . Oversees the design, implementation, and maintenance of DevOps tools and processes. . Collaborates with software development and IT operations teams to automate and streamline workflows. . Fosters a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation across teams. . Ensures security and compliance of all DevOps practices. . Monitors and reports on key DevOps performance indicators (KPIs). . Evaluates new tools, trends, and best practices to improve processes and delivery pipelines. . Manages and optimizes cloud infrastructure and services. . Oversees incident management and resolution processes to ensure timely issue resolution. . May lead projects and perform other duties as assigned. . Qualifications. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field required. . Eight (8) plus years of experience in DevOps or a related role. . Three (3) plus years of leadership experience. . Experience deploying and maintaining cloud-based microservice infrastructure. . Experience with Pulumi required. . Hands-on experience with AWS required. . Strong knowledge of DevOps tools and practices (e.g., GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes, Git). . Experience with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) and configuration management tools. . Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools. . Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills. . Excellent attention to detail and ability to drive continuous improvement. . Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience. . Requirements. Salary: $140,000 - $200,000 . Bonus eligible based on individual and company performance. . Benefits.
