Define and drive UX strategy . Manage UX team capacity, prioritizing projects to align with critical initiatives . Guide and mentor UX team on best practices and emerging trends . Monitor and share the impact of UX efforts on the member experience . Build and streamline UX research processes . Plan and conduct design sprints and workshops in collaboration with Consumer Experience and Digital Design teams . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure best-in-class user experience . Qualifications. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required . 7 years of experience in strategic planning for digital experiences with demonstrated skills in relationship building, negotiation, and conflict resolution . 5 years of experience in digital design research, usability, and accessibility . 5 years of leadership experience managing multiple, cross-functional teams . 1 year of experience driving complex projects from start to finish . 1 year of experience in project management, statistical analysis, and continuous improvement methods . Requirements. Ability to quickly take complex technical subjects and distill them into user-friendly presentations and digital communications . Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or function in a team environment sharing responsibility, roles, and accountability . Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) . Must be a team player, be organized, and have the ability to handle multiple projects .
