Senior Application Consultant at Engageware. Location Information: USA. We are seeking a . Senior Application Consultant. to join our Professional Services team. In this customer-facing role, you’ll work closely with clients to successfully implement Engageware’s Appointment Scheduling solution. You will be a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, helping configure and deliver tailored implementations across banking, wealth management, and enterprise clients.. This is a cross-functional role that blends technical expertise, project management, and customer success – ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.. Key Responsibilities. Project Management & Customer Engagement. Lead customer onboarding and configuration projects for Engageware’s Appointment Scheduler. Translate business requirements into technical and functional designs. Drive customer satisfaction by proactively managing timelines, deliverables, and expectations. Conduct solution overviews and demos using real customer data (MVPs). Provide project status updates and coordinate issue resolution. Technical Configuration & Integration. Customize solutions using Appointment Scheduler’s administrative interface and tools such as HTML, XML/XSL, JavaScript, Python, SQL. Map and import client data into Appointment Scheduler using CSV or XML files. Configure integrations with systems like Microsoft Exchange, Google Workspace, Salesforce, SSO, and conferencing tools. Work with REST/SOAP APIs for advanced configuration and integrations. Training, Support & Documentation. Deliver training for users, admins, and stakeholders. Troubleshoot business and technical issues. Share client insights and feedback with Product and Engineering teams. Contribute to internal documentation and knowledge base updates. Help customers implement best practices based on Engageware’s deep experience as a leader in the appointment scheduling space. Required Qualifications. 5+ years implementing enterprise applications in a technical or consulting capacity. Strong technical aptitude with experience in system integrations and APIs. Post-secondary degree in a technical field. Excellent communication and customer-facing skills. Experience with project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Wrike. Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications. SaaS experience, especially with scheduling, workflow, or calendar products. Financial services industry experience. Salesforce admin certification or equivalent experience. Fluent in both English and Spanish.
