We’re seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join our growing team and manage a caseload of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation. The ideal candidate has a strong background in litigation (plaintiff or defense), a track record of professional stability, and the desire to take meaningful ownership of their work.. This role offers flexibility to work in-office or remotely (with regular travel to Melbourne, FL for hearings, trials, and team collaboration). It’s an opportunity to run your own cases, appear in court, and work closely with a respected trial attorney who is committed to mentoring future leaders in the profession.. Key Responsibilities. • Manage personal injury litigation from intake through resolution. • Develop litigation strategy and handle all aspects of trial prep. • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence. • Represent clients in depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials. • Maintain communication with clients, medical providers, carriers, and opposing counsel. • Supervise litigation paralegals and collaborate with the pre-suit team. • Negotiate settlements and oversee post-settlement processes. • Support litigation department KPIs and performance goals. • Stay current on legal research and case documentation best practices. Requirements. Qualifications. • J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in Florida. • 2–3+ years of personal injury litigation experience (plaintiff-side preferred). • Strong legal writing, courtroom, and negotiation skills. • Demonstrated sound judgment, attention to detail, and client rapport. • Ability to manage a litigation caseload independently. • Familiarity with legal case management systems. • Comfortable collaborating with a distributed (remote + in-office) team.
