We are seeking a highly organized Paralegal to provide administrative and legal support our Legal team. This role will primarily focus on preparing, reviewing and organizing legal documents, assisting with research, and maintaining case files. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of legal procedures and terminology with experience supporting legal teams in life sciences or healthcare and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.. . This position is a remote position for the company’s Irvine, CA headquarters. . . Responsibilities:. Prepare, organize and review legal documents including non-disclosure agreements, contracts, and vendor agreements under leadership guidance.. Assist with legal research and summarize findings for leadership team and external counsel.. Organize and maintain case files, both digital and physical, ensuring accuracy, accessibility and compliance with record-keeping standards.. Track and monitor contract status, renewals, and deadlines. . Monitor changes in laws and regulations relevant to the company’s operations.. Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with applicable company policies legal requirements. . Required Skills & Abilities. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization.. Strong ability to review and prepare contract drafts along with high negotiation skills. Excellent organizational and communication skills (written and verbal).. Proficiency in legal research tools and document management systems. Familiarity with legal research tools and resources.. . Education & Experience. Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal certification from an accredited program preferred.. 3+ years of experience as a paralegal or in a legal support role, preferably in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, healthcare or life science..
