We’re helping customers build the future, today.. About the Role. We're looking for a strategic and user-obsessed Growth Experience Manager to lead our Technical Writing team and PLG motion. Reporting to the VP of Product, you will drive cohesive, high-impact product experiences that fuel user activation, retention, and expansion across our SaaS platform. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, AI Team, Marketing, and Customer Success to identify growth levers and translate them into intuitive, compelling experiences that convert.. Key Responsibilities. Define and execute a product led strategy. that aligns with growth objectives, including onboarding, activation, and in-product guidance.. Integrate AI. to transform content experiences. You’ll partner with our AI platform team to apply generative AI to the authoring, delivery, and user experience of content – reimagining everything from documentation search to intelligent assistance.. Partner. with Product Managers, Engineers, UX/UI and GTM team to deliver an impactful product led experience.. Oversee creation and continuous refinement of . onboarding flows, help content, tooltips, and other embedded documentation. to reduce user confusion and support adoption.. Foster a culture of user empathy, creativity, and continuous learning within the team.. Qualifications. Required:. 5+ years of experience in product design, content strategy, growth product management, or related fields, with at least 2+ years managing product managers, product designers, and/or writers.. Demonstrated experience in . growth-focused roles. .. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, design systems, and experimentation frameworks (e.g. A/B testing).. Proven ability to work cross-functionally and drive alignment across product, engineering, and marketing teams.. Experience with modern product design and documentation tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Contentful, GitBook).. Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.. Bonus: Experience working in PLG (Product-Led Growth) or self-serve product models.. Compensation & Benefits. Base Pay Range: [$145,000 – $165,000 annually] In accordance with applicable law, this represents a reasonable estimated compensation range for this role. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, and geographic location and may be more or less than the amount shown above.
