Prepare thoroughly for each session, including reviewing student needs, gathering materials, and customizing lessons to meet individual learning goals. . Build strong, supportive relationships with students to foster a comfortable and productive learning environment, while staying attuned to their academic progress and needs. . Adhere to organizational policies, including guidelines for student interactions, professional conduct, and communication standards. . Maintain accurate and timely records of student progress, including evaluations and updates on academic performance. . Exhibit a positive, enthusiastic, and encouraging demeanor in all interactions with students, families, and colleagues. . Qualifications. Bachelor's degree or an active teaching certification by the state of Florida. Prior experience in teaching, tutoring, or providing educational support. . Excellent verbal and written communication skills. . Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with students and adapt to diverse learning needs. .
