Design, implement, and manage Teams Voice. . Manage and maintain Teams Voice and other cloud voice platforms . Develop automation scripts using PowerShell, Python, or Bash to streamline operations. . Monitor system performance, availability, and health using SolarWinds and other monitoring tools. . Troubleshoot issues and provide tier 2/3 support for cloud-related incidents. . Maintain system documentation, standard operating procedures, and Change management records . Understanding of cloud security, compliance, and best practices in Microsoft 365. . Monitor and optimize cloud resources for performance and cost efficiency. . Collaborate with DevOps and security teams to ensure best practices in cloud architecture. . Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Azure services and infrastructure. . Work with Active Directory (AD), LDAP, and Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations. . Qualifications: . 4+ years of experience in systems engineering with cloud expertise, specifically Microsoft Teams Voice . Strong experience in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. . Experience with Active Directory (AD), Group Policy, and Identity & Access Management (IAM). . Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Azure services and infrastructure. . Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and administration. . Experience working in an enterprise or multi-tenant environment. .
