Role Description. Mercor is seeking experienced shipping, receiving, and inventory clerks to support a leading AI lab in advancing research and infrastructure for next-generation machine learning systems. This engagement focuses on diagnosing and solving real issues in manufacturing logistics through hands-on scenario creation and validation. Write tasks and scenarios that reflect real-world shipping, receiving, and inventory work in manufacturing based on your professional experience . Create realistic situations involving shipment processing, receiving inspections, inventory tracking, and warehouse documentation . Develop scenarios for handling discrepancies, coordinating with carriers, managing stock levels, and using inventory management systems . Review and evaluate AI responses to logistics and inventory queries for accuracy and industry standards . Provide detailed feedback on manufacturing logistics scenarios to improve AI training . Qualifications. 4+ years professional experience as a shipping, receiving, or inventory clerk in manufacturing . Demonstrated professional recognition and management responsibilities . Proficient with using computers and navigating various software systems . Excellent written communication with strong grammar and spelling skills . Pass video interview, background check, training, and qualification quiz . Average 14 years experience preferred . Requirements. Fully remote and asynchronous — complete work on your own schedule . Expected workload: 20+ hours per week, with flexibility to scale up to 40 hours . Project start date: immediately, lasting for around 6 weeks . Compensation & Contract Terms.
