Write tasks and scenarios that reflect real-world medical and health services management work based on your professional experience . Create realistic situations involving healthcare operations, regulatory compliance, staff coordination, and quality improvement . Develop scenarios for budget management, policy implementation, patient care coordination, and facility administration . Review and evaluate AI responses to healthcare management queries for accuracy and industry standards . Provide detailed feedback on health services management scenarios to improve AI training . Qualifications. 4+ years professional experience as a medical and health services manager in health care and social assistance . Demonstrated professional recognition and management responsibilities . Proficient with using computers and navigating various software systems . Excellent written communication with strong grammar and spelling skills . Pass video interview, background check, training, and qualification quiz . Requirements. Fully remote and asynchronous — complete work on your own schedule . Expected workload: 20+ hours per week, with flexibility to scale up to 40 hours .
