Mercor is seeking lawyers with civil, litigation or corporate/transactional experience to support new USA dataset projects. These roles involve labelling legal documents and helping train a leading Legal AI company’s LLM.. Label and organize shared legal and financial documents based on project guidelines. . Ensure accuracy, completeness, and clarity of all compiled materials. . Follow structured documentation processes to meet defined quality standards. . Verify sources and ensure all data is obtained from public, verifiable platforms. . Collaborate asynchronously with the project manager and meet all deadlines. . Qualifications. Last year of law school . 3+ years of active practicing experience in your domain in USA . Familiarity with USA legal and regulatory document sources. . Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow structured documentation requirements. . Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time to meet deadlines. . Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality work on short timelines. . Requirements. Part-time, project-based work with an expected duration of 3 months. . Expected engagement: minimum of 10 hours and maximum of 20 hours per week, depending on availability and project needs. . 100% remote and asynchronous—work from anywhere, on your own schedule. . Compensation & Legal. Contractor role via Mercor. . Competitive hourly rate of $90-$110 USD, based on experience and domain relevance. . Payments processed weekly through Stripe Connect.
