Change Manager Consultant . for AG Consulting Partners, a typical day might include the following:. . . Design and execute organizational change strategies. to support business transformation, focusing on . readiness planning, stakeholder alignment, and adoption enablement. . . . Lead . organizational design assessments. to identify gaps, impacts, and alignment needs, providing recommendations backed by data and industry frameworks. . . Develop and deliver . change impact assessments. , . communication strategies. , and . training enablement plans. to ensure seamless transitions. . . Partner cross-functionally with . program managers, executives, and business leaders. to drive consistent messaging and adoption across global teams. . . Leverage . metrics and analytics. to track readiness, adoption, and change success, iterating plans based on quantitative insights. . . Facilitate workshops and leadership forums to . align organizational priorities, resolve resistance, and establish change champions. . . . Act as a . trusted advisor. to stakeholders, using consulting experience to influence executive decision-making and program outcomes.. . This job is for you if:. . Strong proficiency in . structured change management methodologies. such as . Prosci® ADKAR. , . Kotter’s 8-Step Model. , or . McKinsey 7-S Framework. . . . . Process improvement certifications. such as . Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt). or . PMP. highly preferred.. . Strong track record of . navigating ambiguity. and influencing senior leaders through evolving, high-visibility initiatives. . You might also have:. . Proven experience working in a . consulting capacity. supporting Fortune 500 or global clients, preferably with . Microsoft or Microsoft vendors. .. . Background in . change enablement. for AI-driven process redesign or . autonomous system deployment. . . Hands-on experience driving . enterprise-wide readiness strategies. across . multiple geographies and business units. . . . . ERP implementation experience. (Workday, SAP, Oracle, or Dynamics 365). . . . Data migration. and . system upgrade readiness planning. within large-scale enterprise transformations. . . . Change management experience supporting public sector clients. , particularly for government-led technology or process transformation initiatives. . . Familiarity with . digital adoption platforms. The compensation for this position is tailored to reflect your unique skill set, relevant experience, and the current dynamics of the job market.
