Design and execute organizational change strategies. to support business transformation, focusing on . readiness planning, stakeholder alignment, and adoption enablement. . . . Lead . organizational design assessments. to identify gaps, impacts, and alignment needs, providing recommendations backed by data and industry frameworks. . . Develop and deliver . change impact assessments. , . communication strategies. , and . training enablement plans. to ensure seamless transitions. . . Partner cross-functionally with . program managers, executives, and business leaders. to drive consistent messaging and adoption across global teams. . . Leverage . metrics and analytics. to track readiness, adoption, and change success, iterating plans based on quantitative insights. . . Facilitate workshops and leadership forums to . align organizational priorities, resolve resistance, and establish change champions. . . . Change management experience supporting public sector clients. , particularly for government-led technology or process transformation initiatives. . . Familiarity with . digital adoption platforms.
