Edlio is a unified K-12 communications platform that empowers over 19,000 schools across North America with websites, mobile apps, messaging, payments, and AI-powered tools. Based in Glendale, CA, we're a growing team building PCI-compliant systems on AWS & Azure.  We seek a DevOps Tech Lead to design and maintain resilient, secure infrastructure for our cloud infrastructure while ensuring PCI compliance.. Key Responsibilities. Define cloud infrastructure strategies for AWS and Azure. . Lead Docker containerization and orchestration (ECS/Fargate or Kubernetes). . Manage CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins). . Automate infrastructure (Terraform, CloudFormation). . Ensure PCI DSS compliance: data security, audits, vulnerability management. . Optimize and monitor performance, scalability, and costs. . Mentor engineers on cloud, security, and SRE practices. . Collaborate with development, QA, and Product teams.. Lead cloud migrations and infrastructure design. . Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions. . Implement monitoring, logging, and security best practices. . Maintain PCI compliance and audit readiness. . Guide teams on DevOps and cloud-native best practices.. Requirements. 5+ years AWS experience (ECS, RDS, networking, security) . Docker, ECS or Kubernetes . GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Terraform/CloudFormation . Experience with Cloudflare, MongoDB Atlas, Elasticsearch . Java & Node.js microservices. Experience with Tomcat, RDS databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL). Strong PCI DSS knowledge . Monitoring & logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch). Excellent communication and leadership skills. 7+ years DevOps/SRE experience. Proven leadership in SaaS or tech environments. Extensive AWS/Azure and container orchestration expertise. . Passion for automation and organizational excellence.
