Produce 3–5 short‐form videos per week end‐to‐end—concept → script → shoot → edit → post—with at least two optimized specifically for TikTok and Instagram Reels each week.. Be the on‐camera voice of Zerion at conferences and in day‐to‐day content.. Translate complex DeFi concepts and product releases into engaging visual stories.. Monitor trends, memes, and audio to keep Zerion at the center of the conversation.. Own the content calendar and collaborate with design, product, and community teams.. Track performance (views, watch time, engagement, follower growth) and iterate quickly.. Source and manage freelance videographers or motion designers when scale demands.. You’ll Thrive Here If You.
