Junior Finance & Accounting Manager. will support the day-to-day financial operations of the company, with a strong focus on handling payments, managing expenses, and ensuring financial accuracy in both fiat and crypto transactions. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of traditional finance and Web3 technologies.. Key responsibilities. Monitor employee expenses and reimbursements; enforce expense policies. Process and track outgoing payments in both fiat and cryptocurrency. Work with our external tax and financial accountants. Track cash flow and manage short-term liquidity. Help manage vendor relationships and contracts. Assist with onboarding new tools and systems to automate and streamline financial processes. Requirements. One or more years of experience in a finance, accounting, or admin role (start-up or tech environment preferred). Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Excel/Google Sheets skills, experience with Google/Microsoft office products. Good communication and organizational skills (English required, German nice to have).
