We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Head of Marketing / Marketing Lead to spearhead the marketing department at Oasis. This leadership position will oversee the full spectrum of marketing activities, including product marketing strategy, brand positioning, communications, social media, and team management. The successful candidate will drive impactful campaigns that resonate with both developers, particularly those in EVM, and retail users. You will also champion a user-first, data-driven approach to elevate Oasis' presence in the blockchain space.. What You’ll Be Doing:. Marketing Leadership & Strategy (15%). Lead resource planning, budgeting, and team management for the marketing department, ensuring that initiatives align with Oasis’ strategic goals.. Product Positioning & Messaging (20%). Own the product messaging, clearly articulating value propositions for different customer segments and personas. You will lead product launches and develop go-to-market (GTM) strategies to increase product awareness and usage.. Branding & Communications (20%). Craft and implement a consistent communications strategy across all touchpoints, ensuring a unified voice across diverse audiences. Manage the communications circle to deliver high-quality, impactful campaigns.. Content Creation & SEO (20%). Collaborate on content strategies to drive inbound marketing campaigns, using a data-driven SEO/GEO strategy. Help create and execute a content strategy for international markets, with a focus on both anglophone and Asian regions.. PR & Media Relations (10%). Foster relationships with key journalists in the blockchain, DeFi, privacy, gaming, DAO governance, and AI industries. Oversee the creation of op-eds and collaborate with PR agencies to boost Oasis’ visibility across tier 1 and 2 publications.. Community & Growth Collaboration (10%). Work alongside the Growth and Community teams to ensure marketing campaigns are well aligned with community initiatives. Use data-driven insights to optimize engagement.. Cross-functional Collaboration (10%). Partner with the Engineering, BD, and Operations teams to gather user feedback, refine messaging, and enhance adoption across Oasis products.. Team Development & Experimentation (5%). Lead initiatives on workflow optimization, fostering an AI-first marketing culture. Continuously experiment with new approaches to improve team productivity and marketing effectiveness.. What We’re Looking For:. Proven experience in marketing leadership, with a strong track record in product marketing and branding.. Experience launching products in web3 or blockchain as a product marketer.. Deep understanding of blockchain technologies, with experience in DeFi, privacy, and Web3 ecosystems.. Expertise in team management, resource allocation, and budget planning..
