About the Role. We are looking for a skilled Product Designer to join our Design team. You will work across a range of digital product experiences on . theblock.co. , shaping the future of how crypto news and information are consumed. You’ll collaborate closely with product, engineering, editorial, and business stakeholders to ideate, design, and ship impactful features that elevate our brand and user experience.. Key Responsibilities. • Design intuitive, elegant interfaces for web and mobile experiences that align with The Block’s brand.. • Lead design reviews and collaborate with stakeholders to define user problems and translate them into thoughtful design solutions.. • Own the end-to-end design process for specific features, including research, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and final visual QA prior to deployment.. • Maintain and evolve our design system in Figma, ensuring consistency across experiences.. • Conduct user research and testing to validate concepts and refine designs based on feedback and data.. • Work closely with developers to ensure high-quality implementation of designs.. • Balance business goals with user needs to deliver user-first solutions.. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of professional experience and a strong portfolio showcasing their specific contributions to shipped projects, along with a keen awareness of best practices for working with and maintaining Figma design systems. Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, are essential. You must be comfortable in a fast-paced, remote environment..
