We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to help transform The Block’s research and insights into engaging, outcome-driven e-learning experiences. You will play a key role in shaping the Campus course library, supporting both B2B training programs and B2C learner journeys. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience building structured digital learning content, a strong grasp of instructional design methodologies, and the ability to turn complex material into clear, interactive modules for varied audiences.. Responsibilities. Convert research reports, whitepapers, presentations, and transcripts into interactive e-learning modules. Design content using adult learning principles and instructional design best practices. Build for diverse audiences including B2B enterprise teams, B2C learners, and certification programs. Develop modules using tools such as Articulate Rise, Storyline, Captivate, or similarCollaborate with researchers, product managers, and subject matter experts to align content with business and learner goals. Create assessments, quizzes, and checkpoints to measure learner progressTailor content tone and presentation for different course types such as free or professional offerings. Ensure consistency in voice, design, and accessibility across the course libraryUse learner feedback and analytics to improve course quality and engagement. Required Qualifications. 3+ years of experience designing and developing e-learning content in corporate training or edtech. Strong portfolio of interactive and structured learning modules. Proficiency in tools like Articulate Rise, Storyline, Captivate, and LMS standards such as SCORM, xAPI, or cmi5. Deep knowledge of instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE, SAM, or Bloom’s Taxonomy. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to simplify complex or technical material into engaging content. Experience designing assessments and certification structures. Nice to Have. Familiarity with crypto, fintech, or emerging technologies. Experience in a startup or remote-first environment. Understanding of multimedia integration including video, animation, and audio.
