What You’ll Do. Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications to deliver an exceptional candidate experience. Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and interview teams to ensure smooth hiring processes across multiple departments. Keep our recruiting tools (Greenhouse, Airtable, Notion) accurate and up to date. Support reporting and recruiting operations to help the team track progress and make data-driven decisions. Assist with interviewer and hiring manager training logistics. Jump in on candidate reviews, screens, and/or sourcing to provide extra support during peak hiring seasons. What We’re Looking For. 2+ years of experience. in recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, or a related role. Strong organizational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail. Familiarity with ATS tools (Greenhouse preferred). Clear and professional written and verbal communication. Ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt quickly to shifting needs. Familiarity working and scheduling with remote, global time zones. Nice-to-Haves.
